What you will do

• Lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences, emphasizing customer acquisition.
• Oversee the ad production process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with creative vision.
• Collaborate with User Acquisition Managers to analyze ad performance and optimize strategies through A/B testing.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and propose innovative solutions for market positioning.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and continuous improvement in customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, preferably in a tech-focused or consumer product company.
• Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms and understanding of performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration software, and data analysis.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools used in creative production and ability to leverage them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
