What you will do

• Monitor live pricing and execution performance across streams and instruments.
• Support daily dealing operations and assist with FIX operations.
• Maintain instrument configuration and session controls.
• Track and report real-time exposures and limit usage.
• Investigate execution anomalies and client queries with evidence-based analysis.
• Assist in producing daily/weekly reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in dealing, trading operations, risk operations, or execution support within FX/CFD.
• Working understanding of order/execution lifecycle and key execution metrics.
• Basic familiarity with FIX concepts and strong willingness to deepen FIX knowledge quickly.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and comfortable working with datasets, logs, and time-series evidence.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure during volatile market conditions and incident scenarios.
• Clear communication in English and ability to coordinate across dealing, tech, and risk.

Nice to have

• Exposure to institutional liquidity concepts.
• Experience with monitoring/analytics tools (dashboards, SQL, Excel, Python)
• Understanding of margin concepts and leveraged product risk basics.
