Topcotek is looking for a Staff Accountant who is as sharp with a calculator as they are with a punchline. If you treat balancing a ledger like an Olympic sport and your favorite "F" word is Forecasting, we want to meet you.
The Logistics
• Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾
• Type: Full-time
• Setting: On-site / In-office ONLY (We actually like seeing our teammates in person!)
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
We won't just lock you in a room with a ledger. You’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations:
• The Paymaster: Handling daily payments across all channels (wire, ACH, checks, and digital transfers). You’re the one who keeps the gears turning.
• The Hero of Payday: Managing payroll to ensure the team stays happy, motivated, and properly compensated.
• The Accuracy Expert: Reconciling accounts and keeping our financial records cleaner than a fresh Excel sheet.
• The Compliance Guardian: Making sure taxes and filings are handled so we all sleep soundly at night.
The "Must-Haves"
• A degree in Accounting (or a very convincing collection of color-coded spreadsheets).
• Attention to detail: You’re the person who spots a missing $0.02 from across the room.
• Communication skills: You can explain a P&L statement to someone who thinks "GAAP" is just a clothing store.
