What you will do

• Create global marketing content in English to generate awareness and demand.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience for hirify.global LeanIX and hirify.global Signavio solutions.
• Optimize and innovate content based on performance analysis.
• Assist with content requirement research and identify content gaps.
• Manage content creation project tasks and related tools.
• Contribute to copywriting and publishing content internally and externally.
• Analyze website traffic and online engagement of content pieces.
• Suggest ideas to improve content marketing performance.

Requirements

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
• Preferred fields: Marketing, communications, business economics, social sciences, library science.
• Fluent in English (C1+); German is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Available for at least six months, working from April 2026.
• Self-starter with cross-cultural sensitivity and strong team spirit.

Nice to have

• Experience in HubSpot, WordPress, or Adobe Analytics.
