HR Business Partner

📍 Dubai, On-site | Full-time (Monday–Friday)

Now we’re looking for a systemic and versatile HR Business Partner to become a strategic link between business and people — someone who can balance structure, performance, culture, and compliance in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
— Act as a strategic partner to department heads on org design, succession planning, and performance management
— Drive culture and inclusion initiatives across a multicultural team (40+ nationalities)
— Own the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on engagement and retention
— Coach managers, mediate conflicts, and promote transparent communication
— Use HR analytics to spot trends and implement proactive solutions
— Ensure alignment with UAE Labor Law while maintaining agility and speed
What We’re Looking For
— 5+ years in HR, including 2+ years as HRBP or similar advisory role
— Experience in Tech, Fintech, or iGaming is a strong plus
— Strong English communication skills and stakeholder influence
— Understanding of UAE Labor Law and Middle East talent market
— Strategic mindset with calm execution under pressure
— Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
— SHRM / CIPD certification is a plus
