What you will do

• Lead client calls for complex accounts and provide support for reward and work measurement engagements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading job mapping sessions and product demonstrations.
• Own and execute plans for delivering custom client projects and surveys.
• Collaborate with commercial and advisory teams, providing support and communicating sector initiatives and updates.
• Maintain data management systems like Salesforce and develop best practices for system efficiency.
• Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and identify areas of improvement within assigned sectors.

Requirements

• Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
• Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and client project delivery.
• Experience working in a human resources environment with exposure to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
