What you will do

• Lead client calls for complex or marquee accounts and provide client support for reward engagements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Gold or Platinum clients, leading job mapping sessions, product demos, and training.
• Own and execute plans for custom client projects and surveys, managing client engagements for career architecture and assessments.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Advisory teams on sector initiatives and market compensation practices.
• Proactively maintain data management systems (Salesforce) and develop best practices for efficient system use.
• Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs in the benchmark database, identifying sector improvements.

Requirements

• Work hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with elevated Excel proficiency.
• Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
• Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
