What you will do
- Lead client calls and provide support for complex reward and work measurement engagements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for premium clients, leading job mapping sessions and product demos.
- Own and execute plans for medium to large custom client projects and surveys.
- Collaborate with commercial and advisory teams, communicating sector initiatives and providing market compensation insights.
- Maintain data management systems (Salesforce) and develop best practices for system efficiency.
- Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs in the benchmark database.
Requirements
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
- Ability to work in an interactive and collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
