What you will do

  • Develop and execute commercial growth strategies in Turkey, identifying new business opportunities and securing revenue-driving partnerships.
  • Actively engage with gaming communities, events, studios, and publishers within Turkey to expand presence and generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solution proposals.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from pipeline growth and negotiation through deal closure and account expansion.
  • Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity, providing insights for strategic planning and product development.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Commercial Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of the Turkish digital, tech, SaaS or gaming ecosystem (preferred).
  • Proven track record in deal-making, revenue generation, or partnership growth.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with fluency in Turkish & English.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Nice to have

  • MBA is a plus.
