Account Manager

TL;DR

Account Manager (Sales): Managing and growing relationships with current restaurant customers by presenting solutions, ensuring revenue generation, and providing strategic support. Focus on upselling, retention, leveraging platform tools, and optimizing restaurant engagement.

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal (2 days home office per week)

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to current customers to present solutions and ensure increased revenue with hirify.global.
• Support restaurant customers through email and phone with positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
• Sell, upsell, and retain products and customers within your portfolio.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide support and training for using hirify.global's tools.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales representative or account manager.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English is a must.
• Experience in pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash sales.
• Experience in dealing with a high number (45-50) of outbound and inbound calls and managing portfolios with numerous accounts (400 to 800).

Nice to have
