What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for players.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve player technical and payment issues.
- Deliver exceptional email support, including payment-related queries and working with payment processors.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Customer Support experience (emails/chat) in a tech environment.
- English proficiency: C2 (mother tongue level).
- Proficiency in Hebrew is a must.
- Service-oriented, customer-centric personality with the ability to ensure customer engagement and manage support queries.
- Ability to address complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and decisive manner.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong ability to navigate through multiple applications and platforms simultaneously with close attention to detail.
