What you will do

• Build and customize templates within the hirify.global platform for enterprise customers
• Set up and refine brand voice configurations
• Create and manage A/B testing templates to support customer campaigns
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams on technical operations
• Identify, document, and communicate platform bugs and issues
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product functionality based on user experience

Requirements

• Native English speaker (schooled in an English-speaking country) with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technically savvy with interest in AI tools and platforms
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
