What you will do
- Build and customize templates within the platform for enterprise customers
- Set up and refine brand voice configurations
- Create and manage A/B testing templates to support customer campaigns
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams on technical operations
- Identify, document, and communicate platform bugs and issues
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product functionality based on user experience
Requirements
- Native English speaker (schooled in an English-speaking country) with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technically savvy with interest in AI tools and platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
