What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers to ensure they achieve security outcomes.
• Provide hands-on support, configuration advice, and best practices for deploying the security platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to improve the platform based on customer feedback.
• Lead technical deep-dives and troubleshoot complex issues to drive rapid resolution.
• Build trust with key stakeholders and manage expectations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or similar for diagnostics, automation, and integration.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong bias for action.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows used by modern security and data teams.
• Professional background in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or data protection.
• Experience working with CRMs, ticketing systems, or collaboration platforms.
