What you will do
- Design and lead the development of backend services within a Microservice Architecture.
- Own architectural decisions with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities like LLM-powered features and intelligent automation where they add product value.
- Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD, observability, and system reliability, contributing to technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and production issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Deep experience designing and building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, system design, scalability patterns, caching, messaging, and database optimization.
- Experience building and operating scalable, high-performance SaaS platforms in production environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and collaborative development workflows using Git.
- Ability to independently lead initiatives from concept to production and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
