What you will do

• Analyze business processes and design automation solutions using Camunda 8 BPM platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality delivery of BPM solutions.
• Define and implement technical designs, including integration with enterprise systems.
• Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize Camunda applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in Camunda environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring on Camunda development standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with Camunda or similar BPM platforms and Camunda BPM certification required.
• Proven hands-on experience with Camunda 8 and BPMN, DMN, CMMN standards.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot, experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience applying DevOps practices including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and logging.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for short client engagements and workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience with other BPM or automation platforms such as Pega, Appian, or RPA tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
• Exposure to cloud-native and distributed system architectures.
