What you will do

• Maintain and communicate product roadmap to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT organizations.
• Drive prioritization decisions and manage competing demands across regions (AMER, EMEA, APJ).
• Own team JIRA board management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking across AI agent deployments.
• Establish and track team KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
• Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for ~2,000 global users.

Requirements

• 7+ years in sales operations, program management, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams or managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with AI/automation tools and sales technology stacks.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, project management tools, and roadmap planning.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities (SOQL/SQL preferred).
• Exceptional executive presence with proven ability to create compelling slide decks and narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales systems (Salesforce, marketing automation platforms).
• Familiarity with AI agent platforms and low-code/no-code solutions a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority.
