What you will do

• Lead the HR function and drive strategic initiatives to grow hirify.global in Australia.
• Drive performance and build a values-driven culture, partnering with leadership to develop and implement a people strategy.
• Develop, implement, and manage a people strategy that supports business objectives.
• Function as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational and people management issues.
• Oversee operations, talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and rewards, and career development while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Embed company values through internal events, town halls, and communications.

Requirements

• A university degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a progressive human resources environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience delivering strategic support to senior managers and executives.
• Well-versed in remuneration and benefits, talent attraction, branding and retention strategies, engagement surveys, and HR systems implementations.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
• A data-oriented and results-driven approach, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as finance, banking, or telecommunications.
• Experience starting your own business or being a key founding member.
• An MBA.
