What you will do
- Deliver Total Rewards and Work & Career Architecture products and services with high quality.
- Manage national and international digital client projects, ensuring agreed quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct customer training on the full product portfolio.
- Develop and expand the organizational database by increasing data quality and density.
- Support product development and the improvement of AI through data quality assurance.
- Support less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in consulting or account management on product delivery projects.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Exposure to Pay & Reward products.
- Experience managing large volumes of data.
- Ability to measure and monitor own performance and ensure high quality deliverables.
