What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive investigations and root cause analysis of data quality issues across multiple systems.
• Systematically document and track data quality issues from initial identification through resolution.
• Develop and implement strategic corrective actions to address identified data quality challenges.
• Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive proactive data quality improvements.
• Conduct regular data quality checks, prepare detailed reports, and build sophisticated data quality dashboards.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive data quality solutions and provide training.

Requirements

• Proficient in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both languages.
• Experience in business travel or a related industry.
• Expertise in data quality and analysis is preferred.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and understanding of data governance principles.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau).
• Programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python).
