Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte (2-3 days/week).

What you will do

• Research and identify areas for business process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights and recommend actionable solutions.
• Lead high-impact analyses influencing product, growth, and operational decisions.
• Partner with leadership and functional leads to solve ambiguous business problems.
• Write SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Build intuitive Tableau dashboards and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for financial services.
• Demonstrated expertise in SQL and Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent business judgment, and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English for internal communication across regions.
• Agile and able to pivot quickly with changing environments, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Hands-on experience leading strategic analysis in AI-enabled environments, with the ability to independently apply AI and advanced analytics to drive executive decisions.
