What you will do

• Manage and improve hiring processes using Lever or other ATS systems.
• Coordinate daily recruitment operations, including scheduling, candidate communication, and status management.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure GDPR compliance and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR partners, and business leaders for seamless hiring plan execution.
• Implement and manage AI-powered recruitment tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support employer branding activities and participate in interviews for junior-level roles.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, TA operations, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy, with a passion for improving processes and using AI/automation.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lever and Greenhouse ATS systems is a strong plus.
