TL;DR
Security Analyst: Supporting and defining a new Security team focused on Customer Security advocacy and managing the abuse pipeline, with an accent on defining abuse, implementing automation, and minimizing impact. Focus on developing automation with human-in-the-loop processes, managing abuse processes, and collaborating on authentication and authorization strategies.
Location: Hybrid out of our Dublin office (3x/week)

What you will do
- Proactively work with teams to define a decision matrix for account suspension and customer discussions.
- Collaborate with teams to define abuse handling responsibilities and ensure excellent communication.
- Develop automation with 'human in the loop' processes to provide a risk score to abuse complaints and action them appropriately.
- Manage the abuse process consistently, seeking improvements based on feedback and process metrics.
- Work with Product Managers on authentication and authorization strategies to minimize friction and increase customer security.
- Track, document, and report abuse metrics, and define, collect, and analyze security KPIs and KRIs for the Customer security organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Anti-Abuse operations (Fraud, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation) and/or Risk assessment (Threat Modeling, Vendor Assessments, NIST, ISO).
- Experience in Project Management (Agile frameworks) and Stakeholder relations.
- Experience with domain and/or website abuse processes.
- Experience with automation, tools, and systems for processing customer complaints (e.g., ZenDesk, Sift, Stripe Radar, Splunk).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
