What you will do

• Build state-of-the-art incident response systems for DDoS events
• Work with customers and service teams to diagnose and respond to ongoing events
• Partner with hirify.global organizations to assess DDoS resilience and drive improvements
• Improve automated detection and mitigation systems based on operational learnings
• Advise leadership on new trends and DDoS resilience enhancements
• Contribute to hiring and developing team members
• Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience designing or architecting systems with focus on reliability and scaling
• Programming experience in at least one language, with debugging and best practices in large-scale systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

Nice to have

• Recent development experience in full SDLC
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of networking protocols including HTTP(S), DNS, TCP/IP
• Knowledge of network hardware and packet forwarding architectures
• Experience in fast-paced, international environments
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
