TL;DR

Intern, Workflow Optimization (CX Operations): Building and shipping automations, and deploying AI agents for bulk ticket analysis with an accent on CX efficiency and client experience. Focus on project planning, process design, and AI-enhanced automation.

Location: Must be able to commute to our Toronto HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Residing in Canada.

Salary: CAD $42,000 - $52,000

What you will do

  • Partner with the AI Experiences team to launch new features to clients and support agents.
  • Map current-state workflows with subject matter experts, identify optimization opportunities, and implement AI-enhanced changes across macros, automations, and documentation.
  • Build comprehensive automation inventories across multiple systems to propose consolidations and new automations and AI optimizations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp or new graduate (within 6 months of graduation).
  • Available to work full-time hours.
  • Residing in Canada.
  • Able to commute to our Toronto HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Structured problem solving and process thinking, with the ability to translate ambiguous workflows into clear maps and requirements.
  • Basic familiarity with AI concepts (LLM, RAG, context windows, hallucination, etc.) and customer operations tools or ticketing systems (Zendesk, JIRA).
