What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions for medium and high-complexity processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver components end-to-end.
• Apply rigorous coding standards, frameworks, and Agile practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Blue Prism and object-oriented programming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Solid understanding of business processes and technical design.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and communication standards (HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML, XSD).
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and ServiceNow in an Agile environment.
• English: Strong command required for technical communication.

Nice to have

• Certifications in relevant automation or project management domains.
• Experience with Generative AI or related modern technology stacks.
