What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of innovative change programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify the breadth and depth of change across organizations.
• Support the development of comprehensive change and communication plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to foster change readiness and endorsement.

Requirements

• Solid consulting foundation with a deep understanding of the human and organisational aspects of transformation.
• Familiarity in HR transformation, including job architecture and capability development.
• Proficient in change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kubler-Ross Model).
• At least two years of experience in organisational change management.
• Proven track record in successfully supporting change projects for technology transformations, including enterprise and cloud applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Exceptional empathy, with the ability to anticipate the impact of future changes on employees and the organization.
• Skilled in supporting the conduct of workshops and understanding a structured, methodical approach to change delivery.

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience.
• Change management certification (e.g., from Prosci or ACMP).
