What you will do

• Work closely with discipline supervisors and/or leads in crewing, casting, and scheduling the discipline’s body of work.
• Establish processes for communicating discipline targets, assignments, and priorities to artist crews.
• Schedule, track, and manage assigned work within ILM's Internal Tracking Tool / Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid).
• Ensure work is on schedule for each department and meets internal and client deadlines.
• Serve as key communication liaison between all relevant parties, providing updates, priorities, and status of shots.
• Supervise, delegate to, and train assigned Production Assistant.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail while working under pressure.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, handle a variety of tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to situations.
• Proficiency in Macs/PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Film, Art or Communications or equivalent industry experience is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UNIX and familiarity with Google Suite.
