What you will do

• Design end-to-end monetization experiences across web-based gaming stores and related products.
• Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into scalable, high-impact design solutions.
• Oversee and contribute to the broader monetization ecosystem, including the Shop Builder Platform and LiveOps tools.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across the ecosystem of monetization products.
• Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency.
• Mentor and support other designers and provide design direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including work on complex digital products.
• Strong systems thinking, UX strategy, and high-quality visual and interaction design craft.
• Experience working in cross-functional, data-driven product environments.
• Ability to use metrics, experimentation, and research to guide decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Love video games and understand player purchasing behavior.
• Have experience designing online stores, marketplaces, or fintech solutions.
