What you will do

• Own and manage the pipeline of data and analytics demand, translating requirements into engineering work.
• Act as the primary liaison with Marketing, CRM, Digital, and BI teams, translating business outcomes into scalable data solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines and analytical data models.
• Assemble and transform large, complex datasets for analytical and operational needs.
• Enforce delivery and engineering standards, maintain core data documentation, and support GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate with downstream platforms (Braze, Tealium, Power BI) and identify/resolve delivery risks.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Proven experience managing data delivery demand in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong SQL skills for development, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT patterns, and structured data formats (JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with Python or similar languages used in data processing.
• Ability to balance throughput, prioritisation, and technical quality.

• Familiarity with analytics and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
