What you will do

• Create and update finished product references and nomenclatures in the ERP system across group sites.
• Ensure consistency in product names in collaboration with product managers.
• Oversee the process of creating references, coding designations, and managing the lifecycle of components and products in the ERP.
• Manage changes by formalizing change requests (ECN), leading involved teams, assessing impacts, monitoring approvals, deciding on implementation, and ensuring deployment.
• Review and validate working documents from industrial partners with business experts.
• Validate internal testing and traceability tools used in production.

Requirements

• Technical or industrial associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Initial experience in configuration management, industrialization, or technical data management (PLM/ERP).
• Rigorous, organized, with good communication skills and collaborative spirit.
• Comfortable with ERP tools and industrial environments.
• Knowledge of technical English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
