What you will do

• Provide profound technical support to partners and customers in the German-speaking market.
• Communicate with customers through a web-based ticketing system, telephone support, and chat.
• Continuously grow your knowledge within the Axis product portfolio.
• Provide first-call-resolution wherever possible and have ownership of customer inquiries.
• Assist with product system navigation and first-time installation guidance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to both software and hardware.

Requirements

• Fluent in both written and spoken German.
• Fluent English for this position.
• IT education/courses and experience from the IT industry.
• Experience from customer support with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to address technical issues with warmth and empathy.
• Good technical foundation, including network concepts and Microsoft Windows OS.
• Previous experience with technical troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Linux knowledge.
• Previous experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud).
