What you will do
- Act as the first line of contact for merchants and a hirify.global ambassador.
- Provide efficient and professional support by managing and resolving support tickets.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve merchant inquiries efficiently.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by updating documentation and developing procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work towards individual and team targets and objectives.
Requirements
- Service-minded and passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience.
- 1-2 years of experience within Support functions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at finding new solutions.
- Strong knowledge of online payments and experience in customer service within Payments, E-com, or Financial Services.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, is required.
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Danish, Finnish, or German is considered an advantage.
