What you will do
- Solve complex customer issues, primarily in writing and occasionally over the phone.
- Contribute customer insights to development projects based on customer needs.
- Work closely with other teams to analyze, understand, and resolve problems.
- Focus on the Finnish market while providing support in other languages as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English, with Swedish as a big plus.
- Genuinely wants to understand customers and provide first-class service.
- Likes detective work and is a true problem-solver.
- Interested in technology and how things work.
- Passionate about and experienced in customer service.
- Excellent written communication skills, adapting language to the receiver.
Nice to have
- Experience from working with e-commerce or a subscription service.
- Experience from technical app support.
