Senior Staff Consultant (SAP S/4HANA): Overseeing the governance, planning, and execution tracking of complex SAP S/4HANA migration projects with an accent on methodology adherence, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder management. Focus on ensuring project quality, mitigating risks throughout the migration lifecycle, and facilitating seamless transitions from legacy systems.

What you will do

Define and own the end-to-end delivery model and governance frameworks for SAP migration.
Manage cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical experts, and data teams.
Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful on-time delivery.
Oversee data migration roadmaps, including quality assurance and reconciliation processes.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide status reporting to senior executive leadership.
Ensure all project activities align with the SAP Activate methodology and quality standards.

Requirements

8+ years of professional project management experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects
Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and migration tools like LSMW or Migration Cockpit
Strong background in project lifecycle management and data governance processes
Proficiency in standard project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
