What you will do

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and overall project trackers to ensure organizational accuracy.
• Prepare weekly status updates and capture meeting agendas, decisions, and action items.
• Support project governance routines, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform basic analysis to support project decisions, focusing on progress vs plan and volume trends.
• Manage a clean repository of project artifacts, including requirements and process maps.
• Track change management execution, including communications, training, and rollout readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience supporting projects in an analyst or coordinator capacity.
• Background in procurement operations, shared services, or related business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools and process rollouts.
• Ability to work night shifts in Taguig, Philippines.
