Digital Consultant (Rewards): Managing national and international digital client projects in Total Rewards and Work and Career Architecture throughout the project life cycle. Focus on the delivery of products and services with high standards of knowledge and quality and supporting less experienced colleagues.

What you will do

• Deliver products and services with a high standard of knowledge and quality in Total Rewards and Work & Career Architecture.
• Ensure customers receive products and services according to agreed quality standards and deadlines.
• Take responsibility for the overall progress of the project plan.
• Carry out training courses for customers on the entire product portfolio.
• Expand and develop the database.
• Support and prepare customer training in the area of Total Rewards and support less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; additional training in HR, Reward, and Benefits is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in consulting or account management, working on product delivery projects.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Exposure to Pay & Reward products.
• Experience managing large volumes of data.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
