What you will do

• Lead testing strategy for integrations between HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for API, UI, and data validation testing.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing to validate complex business workflows and data synchronization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and implementation teams to define integration test requirements and identify risk areas.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices, including test case management, regression planning, and defect triage processes.
• Track and report on QA metrics such as test coverage, defect trends, and release quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on system integrations and API testing.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools and test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Java) for test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for business collaboration and documentation.
