Salary: $146,000–$204,500 per year, with potential to increase up to $233,500 based on performance

What you will do

• Lead development of features for traveler experience across all hirify.global brands’ landing pages
• Design and implement modular, scalable software components aligned with industry trends
• Communicate business impact to technical decisions and provide high-level task estimates
• Drive architectural decisions and resolve technical challenges
• Maintain code quality, observability, and operational excellence
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to communities of practice

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in the United States (Seattle)
• 5+ years software development experience in large-scale or enterprise environments
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, GraphQL/REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker, or GitHub Actions
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers

• Experience with multi-service architectures, API contracts, and data modeling
• Operational excellence using metrics, logging, alerting, and automation
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities in production applications
