What you will do

• Define and continuously evolve the creative vision across client projects, pitches, and internal initiatives, ensuring originality and high craft.
• Set the creative bar for visual excellence and ensure all deliverables are on-brief, on-brand, and on point.
• Translate research, strategy, and cultural insights into clear creative directions and concepts.
• Provide decisive, constructive creative direction and feedback, guiding revisions while safeguarding timelines and budgets.
• Act as a creative counterpart to brand, marketing, and innovation leads on the client side, building trust through clarity and strong decision-making.
• Assess briefs to define the right level of creative input and production approach, aligning ambition with feasibility.

Requirements

• A strong background in CGI art direction, with hands-on understanding of 3D pipelines, virtual production, digital lighting, and AI image generation.
• A strong portfolio spanning campaigns, content, film, or immersive experiences demonstrating taste, originality, and craft.
• Proven experience working with global brands or complex stakeholder environments.
• A deep understanding of aesthetics, performance-driven content, and visual communication.
• The ability to turn abstract strategy into clear, compelling creative ideas that teams can execute.
