What you will do

• Lead production for assigned client projects, managing multiple concurrent workstreams for AAA and AA titles.
• Own delivery performance, ensuring all commitments are met on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
• Plan and coordinate the full production lifecycle, including scope, schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risk management.
• Take ownership of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, margin optimization, and financial reporting.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams and client-side producers, ensuring transparency and continuous alignment.
• Oversee daily production routines, sprint planning, and progress tracking using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production or project management roles within the video game industry.
• Proven experience in managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle across disciplines (art, animation, design, engineering, QA).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams delivering creative and technical assets to external partners.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern production tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
