Salary: $143,000 - $218,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the development and growth of production teams for Cyberpunk 2.
• Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure vision alignment.
• Form, nurture, and empower cohesive, high-performing development teams.
• Oversee and enhance production processes, including planning, scoping, and scheduling.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, promoting incremental delivery and frequent integration.
• Lead team growth through coaching and mentoring, fostering continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
• Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of the technical limitations and pipelines in the game development process.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools for efficient project management and collaboration.
