Salary: $143,000 - $218,500 USD annually

• Lead the development and growth of production teams, ensuring alignment with vision and goals.

• Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, and scheduling.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and impediments, fostering incremental delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
• Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles, managing large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of technical limitations, game development pipelines, and engineering best practices (TDD, CI, DevOps).
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence for efficient project management and collaboration.
