What you will do

• Support live game incidents, including on-call hours.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end feature team’s development pipeline and process.
• Ensure timely and high-quality feature development and delivery.
• Coordinate, prioritize, moderate, and control all production activities for the assigned feature team.
• Support the pod in implementing and following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Liaise between cross-departments and lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Exemplified experience within mobile game production.
• Ability to adapt and complete tasks on the fly.
• Skilled in facilitating cross-team discussion, organization, and planning.
• Outstanding communication skills, adept at articulating complex business situations.
• Proven influential skills with ability to keep teams motivated and engaged.
• Confirmed understanding of Agile with its standard practices and the full SDLC.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
