Product Manager, Player Lifecycle (iGaming): Owning and evolving RSI's player-facing lifecycle platforms with a primary focus on CRM capabilities that support acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Focus on enabling segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, and measurement across marketing channels while ensuring reliable data flows and compliance for an iGaming market leader.

Location: Remote. Open to candidates across the U.S. Able to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the product strategy and delivery for player lifecycle platforms, focusing on CRM configuration, capabilities, and roadmap.
  • Partner with marketing teams to define lifecycle use cases, segmentation needs, journey orchestration requirements, and personalization capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to ensure consistent capture of required player events, behavioral signals, attributes, and curated datasets.
  • Define and oversee CRM integrations with data platforms, marketing channels, and activation tools.
  • Manage implementation details with engineering and vendors, including APIs, SDKs, data syncs, and platform configurations.
  • Establish governance, QA, and monitoring processes for lifecycle data, integrations, and campaign enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Technology, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, martech/ad tech strategy, or platform operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and lifecycle concepts including segmentation, journeys, personalization, and campaign execution.
  • Experience working with event data, player/customer attributes, APIs, and platform integrations across marketing systems.
  • Ability to translate marketing and lifecycle needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and phased delivery.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across product, engineering, marketing, and vendors to deliver platform capabilities.
