What you will do

• Lead agile development processes within project teams.
• Continuously improve processes and align company strategy with team activities.
• Build project plans and agree on milestones with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads to ensure product quality and resource availability.
• Build, develop, and recruit winning teams, fostering individual growth.
• Manage daily team activities and maintain effective internal/external communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or project management.
• Practical knowledge of project, risk, and change management.
• Strong understanding and application of Agile development principles.
• Experience in building/optimizing production processes.
• Experience working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls).
• Experience in team recruitment and mentoring.
• Ability to run several projects/teams in parallel.
• English: Upper-intermediate to Advanced (B2-C1) required.
• Understanding of Game Development pipelines.
• Analytical skills, multitasking, attention to details, and high self-organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with gambling, iGaming, or Game Development projects.
