What you will do

• Own the architecture and technhirify.globalgy vision across multiple teams, driving technical direction and influencing strategic initiatives.
• Mentor staff, tech leads, and senior engineers, fostering their growth into leadership and technical expert roles.
• Lead the design and implementation of critical and complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and resilience.
• Partner with senior leadership and product managers to define technical roadmaps, aligning business objectives with technhirify.globalgy strategies.
• Oversee system integration and interoperability across the organization, ensuring architectural consistency.
• Champion best practices and modern technhirify.globalgies, introducing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including deep technical expertise in the .Net stack.
• Mastery in designing and architecting large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems (e.g., event-driven architecture with Kafka, microservices, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and advanced CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide engineers at all levels and influence engineering culture.
• Strong collaboration skills to align technical and business strategies with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
