What you will do

• Repair and calibrate equipment (depot and on-site) to meet quality and turnaround time objectives.
• Provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products and other service centers/subsidiaries.
• Conduct site troubleshooting, repair, and calibration with ideally zero return.
• Optimize service processes and asset utilization.
• Conduct regional service training and evaluate new product service capabilities.
• Comply with ISO 9001 standard requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the RF or Wireless industry.
• Strong Test & Measurement technologies and RF knowledge with good metrology concept.
• Strong analytical skills, service mindset, and communication skills.
• Good soldering skills and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
