What you will do

• Support clients in implementing necessary infrastructure.
• Manage and configure application releases, deployments, and upgrades.
• Configure applications according to client requirements and assist client application management teams.
• Proactively participate in technical discussions with clients on infrastructure changes.
• Interpret error logs, identify corrective actions, and liaise with product development teams.
• Coordinate version upgrades, track progress, and collaborate with client project teams.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases, Docker ecosystem concepts, and network communications (HTTP, SSL).
• Good knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, environment variables).
• Experience with information system troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management.
• DevOps experience, especially on Kubernetes and Openshift.
• Proven experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and ITIL processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
