Location: hirify.global Singapore office is located in Suntec City.

What you will do

• Lead pre-sales activities, understand use cases, and propose implementation recommendations.
• Create and lead customer-facing technical presentations and deliver live demos.
• Aid the Bid Management team in completing solution proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Manage the onboarding of enterprise customers from kick-off to going live.
• Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise for products and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to improve the technical knowledge of product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Implementation Management, or Technical Consulting roles.
• Strong customer-facing experience with all levels across enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• In-depth technical knowledge, including web or mobile programming (iOS, Android) and scripting languages (Java, Objective C, .NET, Swift, XML, and PHP).
• Experience in integration APIs.
• Comfortable in a rapid growth environment with high degrees of autonomy and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Existing knowledge of the ID verification, AML, or KYC market and the competitive landscape.
• Knowledge of user digital onboarding, payment, and/or risk management systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• A 'customer success' mentality.
