TL;DR

Technical Account Manager: Guiding strategic customers in designing and building long-term, enterprise-level business automation programs leveraging hirify.global technology with an accent on technical success and maximum business value. Focus on proactively engaging and influencing customers, providing embedded technical advisory, and elevating their technical maturity in automation programs.

Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania with willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client interactions

What you will do

  • Take ownership of customers' technical success with the hirify.global Platform, acting as a core member of the account team.
  • Proactively engage and influence customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs.
  • Provide hirify.global Platform infrastructure, installation, upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Enable technical stakeholders on hirify.global Platform best practices and conduct design/code reviews for select automations.
  • Perform technical health checks, identify risks, and collaborate with Product Support to resolve escalated incidents.
  • Develop and mature team processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner for best-in-class delivery.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or a relevant degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell) is essential.
  • SaaS and Cloud experience is a benefit.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Relevant work experience with progressive responsibility in customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles.
  • Experience to credibly communicate with and guide customers on diverse technical topics including software engineering, packaging, deployment, and cloud technologies.
